It is hard to say as usual with such projects. I plan to finish it this year, but it also depends on the publisher. The more features APC & TCP wants to have in 3.0 version, the more time it will take...

Most of the program is already done and functional. There are some things missing however, like a few effects (DSP echo and sample offset), some more complex edit operations, envelope editor. There are no import/export modules done yet, except of loader and saver of native DBM format.

It is up to the publisher. We have not discussed it yet.
