With OS4.1 Update 1, it's now possible to use the 5th internal USB port, the one attached directly to the 440ep SoC (J17 on both Sam mini-itx and Sam flex boards)

To enable the port, just enter from the OS4.1 shell:

c:nvsetvar usb_enable_440ep 1

From my own tests, this port is a little bit faster then the others (while support for USB2 isn't released yet)
