Hello Varthall

No news ?
I know what it is : Once I & Bszili begin to modify my Wazp3D sources to make it works with Morphos
But when it was done I never found the courage to dig one more time in the code to merge it with my realeased sources : So it is still the old Wazp3D sources that are on Aminet and the Morphos modifications were never published only the morphos binary

Some time I dont have time or I am ill or I am giving up on a C project so I let it appart some time .... that may be long

This is very comprehensive : we are human after all

But here there are other people that appreciate your work (especially my friend musician Pseudaxos) so that would be very sad for them if last Milkytracker sources were lost for the Amiga community

So if you dont have time (and I can understand that) just release your sources as is on Aminet
No one will blame you to dont have the time to maintain it..

Thanksfully

Hi Alain,

I'm very sorry for my lack of comunication. It is not a lack of motivation, but a lack of time to use any of my computers at home. Lately I can only use a computer in my office, when I'm at home I need to take care of my family; we have a small daughter now (together with two small sons), this means that usually both me and my wife have to stay awake every night till 12 PM-1 AM until she finally falls asleep. Having three small children is very time consuming :)

I have the sources in a separate SATA drive, which I had to unplug because my A1 wasn't booting anymore. I then found it was a problem with an UBoot setting, so it should be possible to access to it without problems. There have been not many changes anyway in the sources, the only important part is the Makefile which is automatically generated with configure and manually modified.

I love Milkytracker as much as many of you, and I'd like to see it all its bugs fixed. I have read some time ago on the Milky IRC channel that the source code has been now switched to SDL2, so in order to update it to the next versions and commit all the OS4 specific changes to the public SVN we'll have to wait for a working SDL2 port for OS4 (I see it is already ongoing). But first better to make the actual version working as it should :) I wanted to add some proper AmigaDOS filesystem support first.

Please, nag me here from time to time so that I don't lose focus on Milky, I believe that something will be done eventually, and sorry again for all the frustration.
